Honeypot Glass Competition Information

  • Competition is free to enter with purchase of an art booth.
  • Artists may submit one glass art piece per catagory.
  • Artists may vend for $100 Earlybird/$125 Regular for a booth, and $65 Earlybird/$80 Regular for a table. This includes competition entrance fees for one person plus two extra vendor pass festival tickets. *Fill out our vendor application for your booth!
  • Additional competetitors with shared booth must pay a $50 competition entrance fee per competitior which includes all competitions and categories plus one extra vendor pass festival ticket. *Add in Comments who you are booth sharing with.
  • Artist Applications are due by July 20th. Late applications are subject to a $25 late fee.
  • Competition pieces must be created by YOU and yourself solely. No collaborations will be accepted.
  • Must be a newly created piece that had not been in any other competitions. 
  • Artists and their competition pieces must be checked in by 12:00 pm of show date. Artist must also be present during the awards to claim a win. Not being present will amount to a forfeit. 
  • A sturdy stand of some type for your piece is highly recommended. You have full responsibility for the stability of your piece(s) on the show table(s). We will secure the table but cannot guarantee your piece's safety if the art itself is unstable.
  • Judging is based on level of difficulty, originality, creativity, form and color coordination, fullfilled intent, functionality and overall execution of the piece. If a theme has been given then that will also come into the criteria.
