Honeypot Vendor Information

 

  • Booth spaces are 10’x10’ - $100 (until June 2, 2019 11:59 Pm), $125 after
  • Table spaces are 6’x5’ -$65 (until June 2, 2019 11:59 Pm), $85 after
  • Electricity is provided and included in costs
    • Must provide own lighting and extension cords, low WATT lighting only
  • Must provide own tents and tables. (6' Table rentals are available for $20, make request in comment box)
    • Tents must be weighed down with 50 lbs. per corner/200 lbs. total. No stakes will be permitted
  • Vendors will assume all risks and are recommended to carry liability business insurance. For the saftey of Your art and others, no pets are allowed!
  • Load in times are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 Am day of the festival.
    • Gates open at 12:00 PM, Music starts at 1:00 PM
  • Booth spots are assigned and granted at time of payment. First pay, first pick basis.
  • Booth Fees are $100/$125 per spot and include four full day festival passes.
    • Artist can split/share booth spots
  • Vendor application dead line is July 20th. Late applications are subject to a $25 late fee.
